Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing AV projects in varying degrees of complexity.
Key
Experience:
Project Management expertise.
Experience managing various Enterprise Wide Audio Visual projects.
Responsibilities:
Create O365- PowerPoint decks weekly.
Excel, formulas for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas) and reporting status Power BI a plus.
Develop project planning in project or Smartsheet for weekly reporting including dependencies.
Report on milestones.
Project documents (charters, risk analysis, change documents, go no go, close out documents) Organized and take-charge attitude, own the projects and be accountable.
Be able to push the team to make timelines.
Lead calls, status calls, meeting minutes, calendar management Present to leadership.
Budget reporting.
Track and report all the installations and work in progress.
Ability to manage a program.
AV projects:
old equipment, cameras, touch pads, order the equipment.
Schedule the installation with the technical team and make sure it is closed and tracked properly.
Adaptable to change, flexible, someone can work with leadership, present to leadership Develop a working knowledge of assigned business focus, strategy, and key priorities.
Responsible for managing the overall performance and delivery of large/cross-functional programs/projects; including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and budget.
Provide program governance with clear and consistent communication of program level and project level status throughout the organization at all levels.
Ensure that issues and risks are identified, communicated to project sponsors and stakeholders early and proactively managed in a manner that mitigates risk to scope, cost, and schedule.
Manage the prioritization, resource allocations, and budgeting for programs/projects.
Strictly adhere to the client's Project Management Methodology and reporting requirements; including project plans, agendas, meeting minutes, risks/issues logs, status reporting, and any other required project deliverables.
Partners with engagement team to ensure successful delivery against business expectations and requirements.
Manage interdependencies and effective communication channels between all existing projects, key initiatives, and stakeholders.
Collaborate and communicate to ensure the on-going alignment of priorities, expectations, resource availability and service delivery.
Attention to detail and the ability to get things done.

A.
degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Project Management / PMP Certified is a plus.
Experience in managing Audio Visual projects.
Workplace Technology (AV, Collaboration Tools, intranet, device services, facilities, security systems) knowledge and experience.
Solid documentation skills related to business analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures related to project management best practices.
Demonstrated experience in implementing governance best practices (phase gate reviews, program reviews).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
