A world-renowned media organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Product Specialist to join their growing team in a Remote capacity.
In this role, the Product Specialist (Remote) will be responsible for overseeing multiple product roadmaps, with an emphasis on features that make tools friendlier, more automated and deeply integrated with Marketing Operations workflows.
Responsibilities:
The Product Specialist (Remote) will:
Identify solutions, product requirements and execute on critical initiatives for Marketing Supply Chain, from campaign management to asset management, production, and distributionScope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer needsDevelop specs and requirements for enterprise level media asset management productsCreate user stories and ensure the integrity of builds prior to launchManage development team efforts, sprint planning, testing and product roll outProject manage system and solution roll outs and define processes for ongoing operational supportCollaborate with cross-functional business leaders, partners, technology stakeholders to solve complex problems with proposed workflows and technical solutionsLead cross-functional teams and serve as key communication contact with external partners in the assessment, development, integration, and delivery of new interactive applications and platform enhancementsHandle product stability primary lead on engagement/escalation for support teams and influential on enabling a sustainable infrastructure by presenting the operational growthPerform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

years of hands-on experience with emerging Media Technology Products and Project Management1
year of Product Development experience, including requirements analysis, specification development, user design, and implementationAssociate's and/or Bachelor's DegreeExperience in enabling customer workflows and operationsSolid analytical, quantitative, and technical skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and strategically oriented individuals with exposure to all stages and aspects of Product ManagementStrong technical understanding of Media Technology and Web ServicesAbout the Company:
