Participate and learn about the Architectural Design space and assist with administrative-related items for projects Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Assist Architects and Designers with task organization and meeting minutes Learn and participate in business development/marketing initiatives including Proposal Coordination and assistance with the Leadership Team.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with general office tasks as needed Requirements:
Knowledge of the design of construction space is a plus (not required) Bookkeeping experience is a plus (not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ideal candidate should have an understanding of office prodcedures and an interest in the Architecture and Construction Industry.
Compensation based on experience.
