Dental related background is a plus.
You will be responsible for receiving and making calls to our clients to help coordinate patient appointments.
Responsibilities:
Receive phone calls from clients in regards to patient appointment scheduling Ensure patient appointments does not have scheduling conflicts or delays using data to managing Convince or communicate with clients for reschedule Managing day to day schedule on associate scheduler Proficient on Excel Strong communication skill Strong persuasion skill Strong negotiation skill
Qualifications:
Customer service skill required Detailed oriented Positive and professional Excellent verbal communication skills preferred Minimum one year customer service experience is required Medical Dental Background is preferred Excel proficient is a must
