Responsibilities:
Client Service:
Take pride in the work you do and the service you provide, demonstrated by always considering and putting the client's best interests first.
Claim Compilation & Submission:
Compile documentation that fulfills varying third-party requirements to support claims and submit in an organized fashion.
Leverage the expertise of senior staff and knowledge you develop over time to anticipate requirements and perform work accordingly.
Recordkeeping:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all information in the manner prescribed by FRS UP's processes and procedures.
Input data and information into Salesforce, MS Office applications and other software as needed.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and capacity to learn new software quickly.
- Well versed with internet research.
- Capable of working independently and managing own time, tasks, and calendar.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to remain focused while completing repetitive tasks.
- Willing to work normal business hours and extended hours as needed.
- Natural curiosity and interest in our clients and our work.
- Ability to think outside the box and use creativity to problem solve.
- Skilled at maintaining high level work product and positive attitude while balancing multiple priorities.
Benefits offered after 90 days of successful employment Estimated annual salary $50,000.
