Reflections Medical - New Jersey Reflections Medical Spa is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention throughout their visit to our spa.
You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure that all patient needs are met and that their experience is positive and stress-free.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage patient records Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Provide patients with information about our services and products Assist medical staff with patient care as needed Ensure that patient rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained Manage inventory of supplies and equipment Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the spa runs smoothly and efficiently Requirements:
Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.
Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
