Associate Director, Data & Analytics - Insights, Engineering and Development

Background & Purpose of the Job:
You are excited about data and insights and passionate about consumer data analytics product offerings with an innovative mindset for improvement.
You need to be a highly skilled market analyst who has a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release.
We're looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.

You must also have a working knowledge of various statistical models and their application within a CPG retailing framework and can explain brilliantly these methods and results to demystify the process to internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience working with the platforms like MS Azure, Databricks, Cloud and is continually able to stay up to date with the latest technology.
Who You Are & What You'll Do:
Ownership of the overall product vision, strategy and direction delivery (near term and long term)Setup Adoption and Benefit Goals for Helix Simplify and provide split and target at Product levelOwnership of designing and delivering the overall product roadmap based on business needs and prioritisationBuild and manage relationship with senior stakeholders within D&A and BusinessIn charge of effectively directing, and managing the team as well as establishing and maintaining team ways of workingManage end-to-end delivery of product and enhancements leveraging cross functional teams from different geographic locationsManage team of data engineers, UI UX designer and Data scientist to support product developmentDirect change management, product adoption and benefits tracking activitiesVendor management and engagementAssist in creating the annual budget and manage end to end budget to meet financial targets and deliver business caseSecure funding for key projects/programs agreed as a part of the above strategyReports progress up to / manages direct engagement with senior stakeholder management (VP level) Compiles monthly, quarterly, and annual reportsDevelops a network of connections across the CPG industry to ensure constant knowledge of best practice and a focus on competitive advantage vs competitionDevelop the skills and talent to stay ahead of the competition providing value and consistency to the customer over timeYou're a born leader:

What You'll Need to Succeed:

years of relevant work experience, with minimum 5
years in data and analyticsExperience working with platforms like MS Azure, Databricks, Cloud and is continually able to stay up to date with the latest technology.
Knowledge of some key programing fundamentals in Python, Spark, SQL, or similar languagesUnderstanding of retail & shopping landscape and experience working directly with customers and customer dataProven success of strategizing the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to releaseDemonstrable experience of strong stakeholder management skillsProven competency in managing and developing teams across reporting linesExperience in building business cases and owning delivery of the projects/programs as well as the benefit realisation trackingData driven with a strong commercial acumenPay:
The pay range for this position is $135,600 to $203,300.
Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus:
This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI):
This position is LTI eligible.
