Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, supporting a Customer Success Manager to develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver an ongoing best-in-class customer experience Advocate for strategic customer needs and feedback internally, and work cross-functionally with other teams to achieve outcomes and results for customers Implementing and coordinating marketing programs Contributing to sales Onboarding and training clients ProDirect Customer Portal orientation Maximize customer retention Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working in customer service, support or hospitality Excellent communication skills (phone and written) Ability to work in a team environment Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Effectively engage with professionals at all levels.
Strong consultative relationship-building abilities A genuine passion for connecting with clients and understanding their unique needs.
