Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activity from the Dealers and provide the most efficient service to them
Work within the Help Desk Office to support dealers and customers in diagnosing technical concerns
Provide the Technical Support Manager with real time problem status. Also fault trends and statistical analysis
Responsible for monitoring the Red on line (Dealer Communication System)
Perform training program activities for internal staff and dealers
Assist After sales Business Managers in performing their activity with the dealers by carryout the co-ordination and communication and technical issues keeping ABM?s informed of all correspondence
Visit dealers, if necessary, for problem solving and evaluation
Elaborate technical information and technical literature to support the dealers and internal staff
Liaise with the training department as to training requirements as well as special equipment and tools
Provide the Factory with any useful feedback on product issues and statistics
Assist the company's Challenge Team as needed
Ability to travel as necessary, sometimes with very short notice
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Ability to positively interact with all levels of management
Must be flexible, reliable and have a strong work ethic and a passion for cars/racing is a plus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree (preferred)
Mechanical Engineering Degree (preferred)
2 year technical schooling

Experience:
5-7 years related experience in automotive technical background with extensive electronic skills
Knowledge of dealership operations
Strong computer skills
Extensive and exceptional customer relations skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
