We are currently seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the Home Entertainment Team!
Responsibilities:
+ Performance Management of all measurable Financial KPIs set by the Division.
+ In-depth gap analysis to identify root cause and develop action items to improve based on financial data.
+ Develop, interpret, and implement financial tools to perform periodic and scenario-based profit simulations to assist top management with strategic decision-making process.
+ Ensure appropriate month-end closing process and determine profitability through in-depth analysis and clear communication.
+ Oversee annual business planning process to establish subsidiary & consolidated profitability targets through cross-departmental communication with respective teams in US and Headquarter.
+ Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models - annual/monthly budgeting, variance analysis, periodic forecasts of fiscal year and rolling periods.
+ Develop and Manage weekly/monthly reports as required by management to enable effective financial and operational decision-making.
+ Collaborate with LG Stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Service, to plan Merchandising projects
+ Coordinate with Agencies, Fixture Manufacturers, Installation providers and 3rd party field team to execute Merchandising projects
+ Optimize Merchandising by evaluating store level execution, identifying areas of improvement and communicating issues.
+ Manage in store behaviors that drive performance to target, market Share and other sales measurements to deliver on assigned goals.
+ Support Sell-Through with assisted selling, additional displays and special events to drive LG mind share and market share
+ Develop and maintain business relationships with retail partner teams and build LG advocacy
+ Monitor Compliance with 3rd party field team of retail visit execution including frequency, quality, and reporting
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree is required
+ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience is required
+ Working knowledge of financial planning & analysis concepts (budgeting processes, identifying trends, evaluating ROI)
+ Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
+ Financial modeling skill using Microsoft Excel for pricing and promotions strategies
+ Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Oracle ERP Sales and TM modules
+ Bilingual (Korean, English) is required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
