Our Associate Program is an intensive 24-month rotational opportunity for exceptional rising graduates. From day one you will be a part of our dynamic team, be faced with real challenges responsibilities. Along the way, you will be mentored by our skilled team members to help you grow in knowledge, confidence and proficiency.
The program will provide:
Hands-on experience through challenging long-term assignments across the various Global Media Operations departments with a focus on operational and project management, process improvement and content reliability standards
Exposure to senior leadership through presentations, roundtables, formal and informal meetings
Access to skill-based training with a focus on enhancing technical depth and leadership skills including but not limited to: workflow design and optimization, engineering or technical design, statistics, operations management, change management, influencing skills, business finance, strategy planning, and business plan development.
What to Expect:

3 - 8 month rotations throughout the Global Media Operations organization to expose you to key content delivery and supply chain methods

Qualifications/Requirements
Have a minimum of a 4 year degree in a technical field
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Have previous internship experience
Proven leadership and analytical abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Geographic mobility (assignments will vary: NJ, NY, CO & CA)



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
