POSITION SUMMARY
The Unilever Category Business Operations Manager \(CBOM\) is the lead for all operational elements of their assigned category amongst the business team\. The CBOM is responsible for their assigned brand?s day to day operations, which include: coordination with Brand, Finance, CCM and Field teams to initiate special pack and display projects, deal sheet creation, sales samples, system setup for sales forecasting, and product exit strategies\.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Key operational link with Brand Building Manager, CBPM?s and field sales for brand issues and opportunities
+ Owns early project management of ISV \(display & special pack\) process through project brief completion
+ Creation & Maintenance of deal sheets \(Staple, Special Packs & Displays\), which includes content needed for the TCT \(Trade Category Toolkit\)\. CBOM is responsible for accurate field communications such as specifications \(deal sheet\), shipper/mod status, codes and first delivery to customer dates
+ Sets annual special pack & display plan by customer as part of the IBP \(Integrated Business Planning\)
+ Coordination & Maintenance of item setup in AMPS
+ Ensures Special Pack & Display volumes are planned in AMPs and are aligned with Project Brief volumes
+ Owns supply risk communication between SC & Field Sales, excluding allocations \(ie\. volume changes, delivery risk, DC splits\)
+ Responsible for coordinating delivery of comps & displays for trade shows and/or Customer presentations \(excludes Sales Samples\)
+ Responsible for coordination of Sales Sample process on Innovations
+ Assist Supply Chain with exit strategy \(remnant promotional inventory\)
+ Assist Supply Chain with exit strategy \(Slow Moving Obsolete Goods or Discontinued items\)
+ Coordination across a variety of processes
+ Managing a high level of detail on projects
+ Working with field sales and CBPM?s to develop an accurate and detailed view of the business situation
+ Ensuring operational targets are met by the brand team \(i\.e\. Ship packs, special pack allocations, etc\.\)
+ Understanding and communication of complex SKU development process
+ Coordinate information regarding market trends with Marketing Managers
+ Strong understanding of cost drivers within the business
+ Assigned brand size based on volume \(expressed in annual NSV ? Net Sales Volume\)
+ Budget responsibility varies based on brand assigned

REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelor?s Degree required
+ 5\-7 years of relevant experience
+ Field\-based customer experience preferred
+ Previous member of cross\-functional brand or category Working team\.
+ Strong communication and analytical skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
