We are currently seeking an Spiff Claims Analyst to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the Accounts Receivable Team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
Spiff Claims Analyst will be responsible for Spiff rebate claims review and approval supporting external LG salespeople who claim Spiff rebates through LG portal site. This individual will assist with all questions related to system registration, claim entry, payment status and debit card issuance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Daily review of spiff claims for duplication, over-claim and entry errors.
+ Minimize and maintain short process lead time (48hrs).
+ Prepare denial letters for invalid claims and provide best corrective action to salesperson.
+ Daily communication with related internal department for promotion and sales program issues.
+ Provide support and update training materials for salespeople.
+ Daily and weekly reporting for claim status and results to management.
+ Maintain backup filing system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree is required (Concentration in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is preferred).
+ Must have experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Must have excellent written and communication skills
+ Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
+ Must have ability to multi-task
+ Must be able to work in a team environment
+ Bilingual (Korean/English) is a plus but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
