Associate Digital Brand Manager-New Hair Brands

Background & Purpose of the Job
The Hair category is one of our leading Personal Care categories and is a big strategic thrust\. Over the last few years Unilever has successfully gained share and closed the leadership gap on P&G and now Global category leadership is within reach\.
We have a strong global portfolio supplemented by leading local brands across the world\. However, there are still some clear opportunities that exist for Unilever\. This role will help continue to drive the agenda to gain market share for hair globally, with particular emphasis for creating new mixes for the ever\-fragmenting consumer/channel environment and leading digital deployment of some of our new mixes\.
Who You Are & What You?ll Do
Digital Rollout
?Create a full digital strategy to launch new mixes and enhance existing brands in the digital space
?Lead digital cross\-functional and agency teams to ensure that we are engaging with our target consumers across their digital eco\-systems
Business Model Management
?Create and manage new business models that will drive the brand in the new media environment
?P&L management
?Work with key customer teams and category management to incorporate feedback and build a successful mix by market

What You?ll Need to Succeed
?Experience in brand development and digital deployment
?Personal Care experience is preferred, but not required
?Proven track record of running multifunctional project teams on complex mixes and networks
?Critical to have good experience of working with virtual cross functional teams since a lot of the business partners will be based remotely\. A comfort in making strong working relationships with members in a virtual world will take us a long way on this project\.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
