Sr. Director, Global Vendor Management

Responsibilities In partnership with NBCU Sourcing, manage day-to-day responsibilities of vendor performance and deliverables, and escalate vendor issues when appropriate. Drive efficiency, including but not limited to, offshoring and vendor consolidation. Partner with technology teams to understand the demand for skills and volume, to ensure appropriate staffing, and to present business reviews. Drive reporting of all operational and qualitative data. Ensure key SLAs are measured to determine performance and manage all metrics to meet or exceed goals. Proactively communicate best practices and ideas promoting continuous improvement. Qualifications/Requirements At least 10 years of vendor management experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience leading vendor management teams with a global presence. Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership. Has managed enterprise-wide budgets of $100M+. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations including legal, finance and sourcing. Desired Characteristics Experience working within media. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
