Service Delivery Manager, IAM Provisioning/PAM

Responsibilities The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) of Privilege Access Management (PAM) and Provisioning Lifecycle Services will oversee the delivery of services and technology to NBCU's Identity & Access Management customers. The SDM will have a high level of customer and management interaction.   The SDM will have the following responsibilities:   Accelerate adoption of IAM Cyber Security Services Customer engagement/focus and satisfaction Technical liaison/facilitator of customer/product understanding Establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance Evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes Problem tracking Drive resolution of technical issues SLA and metric management Track contracts/finances Qualifications/Requirements o Minimum 5 years project management, service delivery management, or related experience o Leadership/influencing skills o Excellent communication o Collaborative/team-oriented o Detail-oriented o Technical Savvy o Results-focused 43560BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
